Great info But..... Most affordable area in greatest transition is College Area. This space is least mentioned but I think is MOST underrated neighborhood. Big Lots, Great weather and Very Affordable. How about a video on College Area Homes. The student housing has exploded near campus (SDSU) Mid rise buildings so far more homes are available to non students and retirees. Lots of Value.
