Beautiful location and view, great patio, great value, move-in ready. Not for me, though, as it seems remote and isolated. A car would be a must and not a good place for someone alone. The stairs would be challenging for an older person. Looks to have a nice pellet stove, but how you would get those heavy bags of pellets up there, I don't know. You'd have to buy a ton in advance and have them delivered, if possible.
