    Can anyone name the actual SPECIFIC areas/neighborhoods of Austin where we can have more black people residing? Thanks

      I see there are no answers here after a year lol. We might be choosing Houston because we need the diversity.

    Does Avery Ranch really count as Cedar Park? Some people claim it's in Cedar Park while others claim it's in Round Rock.

    • @LiveInATX
      @LiveInATX  Před 3 lety +1

      So Avery Ranch is located in Austin but is within Williamson County. Depending on what part of Avery Ranch you live students would go to Round Rock Independent School District or Leander ISD. It borders Cedar Park and Round Rock which means you can take advantage of both cities. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.

    What do think, advise and inform about Mueller Austin, TX. ?
    Is this a great area to live, schools, community and buisnesses.

      @LiveInATX  Před 3 lety +1

      I actually lived in Mueller for 5 years once upon a time :) It’s really cool, in the heart of the city, parks all over & super walkable. It definitely gives you the urban village kind of feel. Downside are the road noise (city living), there is a premium when it comes to price point because it’s one of the most known & sought after planned communities so close to downtown. Amenities and entertainment can be found right in the community. As far as schools there are public & private school options near by. We can definitely chat more about the details of schools. I was an educator for a long time in the Round Rock ISD & have friends that teach in Austin ISD.

      We've got 3 kiddos and needed more space plus a yard. We keep in contact with our community of friends who still live there. Are you considering moving to Mueller?

      Hi Aravind! I would take a look at Presidential Meadows, Whisper Valley, and Shadow Glenn in Manor and Black Hawk, Carmel, and Sorento in Pflugerville. This is a list with new and resale home communities.

      Hey Ross! It really depends on what you are looking for but some of my favorites in Round Rock are Forest Creek, Brushy Creek, & Teravista. For Georgetown, Highlands at Mayfield Ranch, Wolf Ranch, & Saddle Creek. What are you looking for in a neighborhood?
