Not really. I saw the stream and he genuinely wanted to get voted out because he was in a 1v8 situation. Then in the middle of the game, he started wondering if he was actually going to win by doing this, which he did.
So it technically counts as an accidental big brain.
To be fair toast knew it was nogla since round two and every time he said no we need to find the real killer he was joking that’s why he said nogla has no honor at the end the only one stunned were Wendy charli sykuno

It's on Valkyrae's CZcams VODs list played on October 19th, at the 4:04:16 mark. She was still calling sabotages. Nogla also helped her in the very next game. Nogla was innocent crewmate this time, but called emergency button just asking to get voted off again, which inadvertently also hid Rae's kill on Karl. Later on, Toast sussed out both Sykkuno+Rae correctly but thought it could only be one of them since Nogla must've been the other imposter.
