yeah its hella dumb. and i hated this entire mission aswell. im over here having fun being in a super tense story with lara literally a story where if i dont get the knife and stuff the whole world will come to an apocalypse - and then i get taken out of that amazing tension and put into a boring flashback where absolutely everything is perfectly okay. such a chore getting through this annoying flashback. and then this f---- puzzle comes up........ horrible.

This is Ridiculous, before starting the game i decided not to take help from youtube to solve the puzzles, but due to their stupidity i have to come here first time for this Globe mystery. They should give a hint to find the clue in artifacts, if they have given it then i should have solved it from my own.

The puzzle wasn't too complicated. Tomb Raider has always been rather discreet with their level design. The reboot trilogy is child's play compared the original's level of difficulty.

This part is glitched for me. At the end, when I turn the globe wheel, the ladder will not rise to unlock the queen. I reloaded the level 2 times and I still cannot progress through this part. I had to return the game and I got Assassins Creed instead.

I've been using survival instincts but still found the need to alter the globe again ridiculous, i instantly solved the puzzle due to the coordinates and placing the shields in the correct locations... but then got stuck as the silly part of having to move the globe anywhere else barr its initial location... hence why I'm here lol 😂

I used this thing called logic. If having the globe in a specific place pulled the ladder down, then it acts like a switch, so moving the globe HAS to pull it back up. It just made sense.

I liked this level a lot but got stuck on releasing the queen from behind the ladder. Like why in the hell would I logically assume the ladder is somehow connected to the globes cranks?? That was such a dumb decision. Why not make a separate mechanism for the ladder itself.

It made sense after wards. Correct coordinates to lower the ladder, wrong coordinates to raise the ladder tho it wasn't clear that it was blocked by the lowered ladder
