I just got a Browning High Power from your site and it was one of the best pistol ive ever held truly an amazing gun.
Late war FNs are some of my favorites,lots of wild bluing as well because of reactions to the metals.

Thanks for this Tom. The Hi-power is my favourite pistol...(never been fortunate to shoot one being from UK.Was going to shoot the feg pm9 when in Budapest, but it was out for maintenance 😪 I do have a pdf copy of the R Blake Stevens book (as I couldn't find a proper book of it) will have to save up for the actual wet dog one
It has the thumbprint slide which fits in with the book info
The Browning Hi-power had a "standard" capacity 13 round magazine, I know it really doesn't matter to you, but nowadays words have more meaning than ever before. By using the gun grabbers terms you fall into their narrative, which is, any magazine over 10 rounds is "high capacity". Just some food for thought......
These books are incredible. They just invite you to read them. They are a nice addition to my book shelf.
I guess seeing your serial number in a book is like seeing your name in the newspaper.
Great informative video Tom. Need to check my Dad's HPs to see if they might be slotted. He has four Nazi Browning HP pistol w/standard sights with holster & belt that he brought home. Far chance though of them being slotted.
I need to add a HP to my collection already. I’ve been eyeing up the late war on the website and need to pull the trigger already 😂

Tom sort of puts down his own P08 book in comparison to the FN book. However, I purchased Tom's P08 book and it is OUTSTANDING. Not just the content, but the quality of printing, etc. So, the FN book might be a cut above, but you are comparing New York Steak with Chateaubriand.
