I'm late to the party but while it is theoretically possible to hold the attack wave, blizz made it so if you lose the bases or if you defend the attack, the next phase of the mission (meeting vashj and losing the 4 outlying bases) begins as normal

Yeah purple attacked green for me as well, they forgot to have them all allied. Probably 2-3 factions all sharing the purple color.

I love your skill level :D. For the next challenge you should provoke Grom in the beginning and destroy all enemy bases at Cry of the Warsong.

Still not current hardmode. No infernals when you attack malganis makes this strat undoable.
