Looks like the developer decided to buff the latest incarnon weapons added.

I like the Gorgon changes a lot.
Most powerful thing ever? No.
Is it worth making it fire as fast as possible again? YES.
I think that the styanax nerf was warranted, the gammacor increases are better but I think that they need to make it less utility. Angstrum charging is better!
What was the styanax nerf?
@GenesiisDavid His augment was capped. Honestly I think it is completely fine as the cap still scales with power strength and it is mainly to give the overgate anyway
And yet Revenant is walking around being immortal with a single button press and no set-up. If they are nerfing every tank frame under the sun, they should give cap to the damage Mesmer skin tanks too.
@criomede9536 Everyone mentions revenants mesmer stacks. And while I do agree that they should either lower the max stacks or reduce the invulnerable time, I don't think that having a barrier like that is a bad thing.
@@charles5212 The issue is not number of stacks or the invulnerability time. The issue is a SINGLE mesmer stack can tank any amount of damage. DE is afraid of 9B overguard from Styanax? Well, 1 charge of Revenant's Mesmer skin tanks any amount of damage. And in just one casts, he gets 15-20 stacks. No set-up.
It's not like you can practically achieve millions of overguard with Styanax in a few minutes of a mission. Those people posting memes of millions of overguard probably stayed for hours in Survival to even get that far. Meanwhile, Revenant has that amount of tanking and more from arrival.
I'm all for reasonable nerfs. I can agree that Styanax cap is fine. What I don't agree is DE's obsession with nerfing defensive abilities (oooh big numbers waaah waaah) when the big Mesmer Skin elephant in the room is just ignored time and time again. Just because Revenant's number is "20" and not 2 billion doesn't mean it's not out of control. People want to be braindead with Revenant and ONLY Revenant apparently. No other Warframes allowed. At least put a cap on how much damage a stack can tank, like 50k per stack, scaling with Strength or something.
EDIT: And funnily enough, even with this suggested nerf, Mesmer skin will still be better at tanking than overguard will ever be. That's just how broken this ability is.
the boar incarnon with the status upgrade can now get easily 300% status for the incarnon form. making it very good, to say the least

@@zenralocthe incarnon doesn't use pellets. It becomes a beam weapon that splits into three beams when there is more than one enemy within range.

I realy wish all the incarns had a option to charge by headshots or body shots i have constant tremors in my had so aiming is hell i can hardly use any weapons that rely on headshots......

I think the gammacor projectile is basically single target since the damage is pretty good now on direct hit - even without a riven - and the aoe seems to be mainly for grouping them

As sad as seeing the augment nerf is we all knew it was coming. Styanax having no cap made him a bit of a no Brainer compared to the others who got overguard. It's still amazing for him, he basically can't die in his 4, and he's still a monster for support.

He can give himself AND everyone in his proximity 40k Iron Skin, that doesnt disappear in nullifier fields. This is higher than many rhinos can give only themselves.
His augment is still extremly strong.
@@SkeasySimple Revenant has Mesmer Shield that can also give Mesmer stacks to allies. Nullifier bubble? Oh well, I'll just go back a few steps and recast again with 1 button because that's how easy to restore Mesmer stacks. My problem is not because Styanax is nerfed (since by all intents and purposes, he is still workable). My problem is Revenant never got the same scrutiny when every other tank frame in the game that has any semblance of reliable survivability gets nerfed immediately. DE really read Mesmer skin and was like: "Yeah this is very balanced and not OP at all".

I understand there might be a bit too much power to boar incarnon being able to headshot but i really hope they can make it at least say 50% of the time auto target head or something, it feels a bit weak that it forces bodyshot at the moment.
it's definitely not weak even if it does that, cmon man xD. It'd be a dang shame if the incarnon mode is 100% better, since the Boar's a cool auto-shotgun, I think I like the current state it's in.
When Leyzar said to get the Torid instead of the Boar I did the stupidest laugh lmao
I am waiting for the torid to come back around. Than these stupid weapons pushed them back another week for me to wait.
@@sonoak Torid is a monster. Clears out the room in SECONDS. Even better with a long range grouping ability. Not that good against acolytes tho, so I recommend bringing an acolyte killing weapon.

The Boar beam feels kinda whack. The connection doesnt feel right.
Now we just need melee incarnons to be better.
I suggest they completely rethink them and make them replace the heavy attacks in incarnon mode.
They do cool things like Elden Ring weapon arts.
Examples:
Hammer: Endure skill - Consumes combo to give you 1k overguard per multiplier.
Machete: War Cry - Consume combo to give damage and attack speed based on combo multiplier. With buff active, block combo now does lunging sweep attacks that proc bleed.
Sword: Slash Dash - Same as Excaliber ability but as a heavy attack.
Polearm: Spinning Strikes - Hold heavy attack to drain combo count to continually spin the weapon overhead with increased range. Release to perform an acrobatic forward flip slam.
Heavy Blade: Flame Strike - Throw an arc of fire with a guaranteed proc and follow up heavy attack performs a lunging sweep attack that adds +100% heat damage for 30 seconds.

I hope DE makes more different incarnon modes for the next weapons, not the same thing. Gorgon = a Rifle Incarnon Strun. Bosr= a Shotgun Incarnon Torid... Angstrum = a secondary Incarnon Latron. Gammacor is ok.

The gorgon now get to be more confortable to use but....not even a damage or perk buff?....The perk 2 gives just 8 damage (without the shield break mechanic) and that is pretty low....weapons like the soma or boltor get like 30 or 50 extra damage and the gorgon still feels pretty lacking using it in it's normal form. Could talk about the tiny 6% crit buff but ok, wathever
What is DE afraid about when they already made the boltor, latron, strun and braton incarnon? those weapons can get orange crits and have a pretty big damage buff 😐

I was so excited with the incarnon versions of two of my favorite weapons (soma prime, gammacord synoid) and what else I have used since I played in 2015 to date, to later see how the two weapons in their incarnon version are crap compared with others that disappointment.
They buffed both of them though.

@@damo1329 I don’t know, man. They’re still substantially upgraded now. I haven’t gotten to try Synoid Gammacor yet, but Soma is pretty nutty now. If you want them to be the objectively best weapons in the game hands down, that’s kind of an unreasonable ask. I’m constantly changing my loadouts to keep things fresh, and I think that’s how Warframe is meant to be played.
