Dear Dr Kantharaj Sir, my salutation to you. There are some corrections, which kindly note. Bagavathar acted in 14 Films and not 12. Those 14 are Pavalakkodi, Naveena Sarangadara, Sathyaseelan, Chinthamani, Ambikapathy, Thiruneelakantar, Ashokkumar, Sivakavi, Haridas, Rajamukthi, Amarakavi, Shyamala, pudhuvaazhvu and Sivakami. The name of the person who introduced Bagavathar in the Movie is Director K Subramanian. Incidentally, that was his first movie also. The actress Ashwathama firmly said that unless Bagavathar was given the Lead Role, she would not act in the movie Chinthamani. She was a Great Singer Actor of Kannada Language. Bagavathar NEVER suffered in abject poverty. Till his end, he had two Cars. His palatial bungalow was in his possession till his end. The First portion was a Princely Life and the latter one was Moderate Living. It is grossly wrong to say that he became like Pichhaikkaran, Kevalama Ansari etc., definitely, from a Person of Great Reputation such as your Goodself, it is not welcome. Bagavathar was a Man of Principles. Some producers tried to allure him to take up the role of portraying atheism. Bagavathar stubbornly refused to do so. Being a Devout person myself, I wont do blasphemy even for Films. He turned down many offers. That was his Greatness. Even Anna tried to convince him for Sorgavaasal, but Bagavathar politely and firmly declined. Bagavathar was arrested after about 50 days after the murder of Lakshmiganthan. Bagavathar was hooked into the case. The Sessions Court and also High court confirmed Life Sentence. It was that Punniyavaan, the Great Mudaliyar only came forward himself in Bagavathar case. He took it to Privy Council, London and got the release of Bagavathar. That Great Mudaliyar refused to accept any Fees from him. Bagavathar requested him to at least, accept the Golden Plate, as a token his Gratitude to him. The Great Mudaliyar accepted it as Donation for the Institution which he founded for promoting Girls Education and that is the present day Ethiraj College . Let's stand United in spreading the Glory of Bagavathar. Let's also appeal to our Respected , Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu to erect a life size Bronze Statue of Bagavathar in Chennai. lakshmikanthan was stabbed while passing through Thana Street in Purasawalkam not in Walltaxroad. With stab injuries Lakshmikanthan travelled by Rikshaw and first reached Vepery Police Station and given a written complaint. It is not known why then Inspector of Police was not insisting immediately admit into GH before giving complaint. During the night when Lakshmikanthan was admitted to GH then Senior surgeon Dr Balakrishnan warned his junior doctors in due not to probe stab wound since he feared that again probing the wound might damage the kidney. But the junior Doctors out of curiosity probed the stab wound whic worsened the stuation and due to this Laksjhmikanthan died next day.

At last , in the final Court proceeding the towering Advocate Ethiraj stood for M K T & N S K. There the truth was bared open by Advocate Ethiraj and at last, being freed from the criminal case M K T presented a golden plate to the Advocate , in memory of him.
Though ( Mayavaram Krishnasamy Thiyagarajan ) M K T was scot-free from the case he could not thereafter appear before the public and his cine-life came to an end. However unperturbed by the case N S Krishnan went on shining in the cine stardom.😊
