    Quanta, you should be in Harvard teaching this. Well presented, perfect clarity, and very effective. Not many on CZcams with this level of preparation and professionalism.

    @Quanta #GodBless you for this 😇 I NEVER knew that I could automate each step in the sequencer UNTIL NOW 😮. Bye Bye 👋 Image-Line & Hello PreSonus 😍. I'm FINALLY FREE FROM FL STUDIO 🙌

    Hey man I’ve been following for awhile now, and love your videos.
    Keep up the good work bro.
    I don’t have my studio now, because of a fire 🔥 in my apartment. But I still love to watch your videos. When I’m up and running again i will contact you for some lessons.

      Dane, sorry to hear about the fire! I hope you had renters insurance, though I guess that wouldn't replace any songs, etc. that you may have had saved. Anyhow, thank for the comment and supporting the channel. All the best with getting your gear back.

    Well done, this two-parter really helped me get my head around all the functionality. I was going crazy because I had some velocity settings on my notes because I converted it from a part and couldn't find where to adjust the velocitys in pattern mode. Thanks!

    Best in-depth videos of Studio One on CZcams! You need to contact Presonus and let them see your tutorials because they need to hire you! You'd make a great addition to their team....

    Great Videos, learning more every day, Wondering if S1 v4.5 will ever get a Drummer similar to Logic Pro x in the future. Can't give that up..New pattern mode in S1 has some amazing new features..

      @quantaaudio  Před 4 lety +2

      Glad you're finding the tuts helpful, Jono. Not sure if Presonus will ever include anything like the Drummer into S1, but I am actually very curious to see what's going to be in the next major update to version 5...only time will tell!

    Nice one mate 👍
    I've been wanting to have a go at using Studio One's step sequencer type thingy but I had no idea how to work it. I've just bought a couple of cd's of vintage drum machine samples like the old Linn Drum and Roland TR machines so I'll try those out with the sequencer now I know how to use the bloody thing 😆👍

    Is it possible to make out of 32 beat pattern a 64 beat pattern and to copy the pattern to the extended part? For example, the electron analog rytm copies the same pattern if you make the pattern longer. Is there a macro maybe?
    ---------- 5 min later ----------
    YES! I found out. You have to merge the events and convert them back into a pattern.

  • @artist1303

    Are we able to take the individual channels kick, snare, hat ect... Of the drum pattern window and bring them into our daw on separate channels so we can mix the individual elements?

    • @quantaaudio
      @quantaaudio  Před 5 lety +1

      Yes, but that would be done within the instrument itself, as I show here: czcams.com/video/-9gngHMyYgM/video.html

    How do you double a pattern. Let's say if your pattern is bars and you want add variations to the end of the pattern. Can this be done within the drum sequencer?

    • @shango7942
      @shango7942 Před 5 lety

      Yes. In the Pattern Inspector, duplicate the Pattern which will create a variation, then make your change to the new variation.
