So, regarding the game and why i got it this late? Here's what happened... Once i learned that this game won't have a solid disk outside of Japan i kept thinking of buying the Japanese game. And one month before the release i finally decided to pre-order the Japanese version. So the game was out in Japan already and still haven't got my disk, but i thought, whatever let's just wait... and i waited... Then the English version got released worldwide and i was like: ok no matter, i'll be able to play the game the same time the rest of the world plays it, so i waited... and waited... and here i am now, almost 2 months without hearing anything about my disk. So i thought, to hell with it, and finally decided to download the English version. And here i am now, less MOTIVATED XD (see what i did there?) :D
Now look, i don't point any fingers towards the website i ordered the game from. It's just the mailing service over here. So crappy and stinky pinches nose
I may get it 1 year later though lol... but only if we don't cancel it. It's useless now so we might cancel it.
I honestly didn't mind that much to be honest :D because of this, i was able to play so many awesome games during summer. Sorry i wasn't recording but i'll try to make it up for you all. Besides, most of those will come in handy, someday... ( whispers Ultimate Combo Video 2 teaser) ;)

8 years later and this is the most incredible Vergil gameplay in DMC 4 I have seen. I'm trying to learn how to play with the character right now, but it's kinda difficult for me because I don't find any good combo source, but I finally found something good. Your combos are pretty useful. I'm learning a lot by watching your videos.

I swear I watch this playthrough at least once a year. There's something really quite charming both about the style of videos and the way you play, where clearly the goal is to perfect S rank the mission but also have as much fun with the game as possible while doing so, just feels a lot more genuine watching a playthrough like this I guess.

I love your dynamic style of gameplay. Not too stationary, but also not so fast to the point where tracking Vergil is impossible.

It's nuts how each character has their own End of Mission effect. Dante has tons of shots from twin semi-autos, Nero has a few bigger holes from the magnum Blue Rose, and Vergil Judgement Cuts /the game/.

And about the physical version we are the same, I bought the physical version from local store and they told me that the game it comes with two language ENG/JP, they were right but it wasn't fully support English.
So I bought again the soft copy from the PS store.

im sorry for being so late , but i need help , so my current situatoin is , that i finished dmc4 on my ps3 with on dmd , i unlocked the super custome. Sadly im a real Vergil fan , thats why im thinking about buying a ps4 with dmc4se , now i need to know 1 thing , do i have to unlock vergil or is he already unlocked ? if hes not i probably dont want to buy one , i kinda annoys me to beat this game with nero and dante for the 5th time and i dont feel like doing this again even tho its only on eay mode , anyway is he already unlocked ? thanks for answering c:

The only cheap thing from him (Berial) is the fire volcano tracking attack. It knocks you out of the air.

The only reason i keep mentioning this is because some people expect daily or even weekly videos, i thank them for their dedication but it's impossible for me right now, so i hope everyone understands.
I knew the game wouldn't have anything new at all, besides the new characters of course. I really like Vergil a lot! I still need to try Lady and Trish later. The new characters might be great but the game is still crap IMO XD these enemies, i feel like they were purely designed for Nero alone with his overpowered charge shot and buster/snatch actions. However i'm so glad to see Vergil back with his usual personality. Thank god they did this, otherwise, that version NT made would've been stuck with us forever. He's a disgrace to the series -_-

1:21 Dante did crap when Vergil was back, in DMC5 too xdd. "Urizen" broke the Rebellion, and flicked Dante into the distance xd (Although later Urizen/Vergil got rekt as well)

lol... my first playthrough when i got the game was on LDK. In this version it's unlocked by default.
Played with no upgrades, i had to get all the moves from scratch. I said that in the video. Also, at the mission sellect screen you can see all missions unlcoked in LDK which means they are all cleared already.
Looks like this could be the best way to get the "S" trophy in the game

Through process of elimination, it's either that Basara 3 song that's in Japanese, or that song from Lost Technology Plus titled An Encounter. I've searched through the Basara 3 OST and haven't found the song, and I keep getting completely unrelated stuff when I search for the other song, so either that song is just elusive, or he didn't list it. Or it's the Basara 3 song and it's just not in any of the OSTs I've searched through.

During Vergil's devil trigger only, you can hold lock on and press the stick back or left or right + jump button, and you can dash to that direction. To go forward or wherever the enemy is, you just hold lock on and press the trick button.

Is there a trick to using the DT dash to avoid Berial's AOE explosion attack? I've seen tons of videos like this doing it but whenever I try Vergil gets stunlocked in place as soon as I touch the ground and I get hit. With other characters you can just jump away but Vergil doesn't have air hike :\

Gaara Uchiha During DT, the side roll and back flip turn into a dash. In mid-air, while DT'd, if you do the back flip motion you'll get a trick-down.
