Glitchtrap is not William's brother and there is no Vincent, however, it was the first name they had given to William since they did not know their name. Then, in certain AUs, Glitchtrap is portrayed as William's brother, but as I have already said, it is not canonical and they are AUs, so they can be shipped well since in this AU they are not brothers.
