Sometimes you can have everything looking perfect when written down on paper, but when you go out and try to execute your idea, unforeseen circumstances can get in the way of you achieving your goals. All the L.A. BEAST wanted to do was strap a bunch of Helium balloons to a mannequin and send it up in the air with cameras attached to get a birds eye view of what it would look like floating as high as the Statue of Liberty...Simple enough. But instead he received a 5 day journey of Hell trying to make this thing work out.
As the L.A. Beast once said, (I said it right now)
"If I'm going down, I'm going down swinging!!"

I love how it started with launching a 270 pound man into space, and ended with a GoPro hero 4 and paper photo going 14 feet into the air. I was waiting for him to cut the paper in half to decrease the weight

And that's the way it is in everyday life. The important thing is the idea and all the attempts to try to make it work. Keep the YT ball rolling, Beast! 🎉 For all the effort, the hilarity in the attempt, the dismemberment of a mannequin, this video was fantastic. 100 years from now when they look upon the YT Graveyard, I hope they see this video in the valiant attempts and effort people put in for the sake of content. The funny and amazing thing about these videos is always that i have absolutely no idea why Beast is doing this. What his intention is or what he aims to achieve.
Only LA Beast can make a 20 minute video miserably failing to do anything and i am still thoroughly entertained.
This guy could read the phone book and as long as he interjected it with photos related to what he was saying and did the robot while he got his bearings straight, id be a happy customer!
The only thing more resilient than his stomach lining is his ability to stay true to himself.
This video just turned into a classic American horror story midway through 🤣🤣🤣

Lawnchair Larry managed a 45-minute flight in a homemade aerostat made with a patio chair and 45 helium-filled weather balloons. You need a lot of balloons. I'd imagine weather balloons are stronger and better to use than normal party balloons. They are also bigger. They are made to go to very high altitudes for an extended period of time. I can't believe someone was crazy enough to make themselves fly with balloons. 😳😂

Good effort. Here's the original Kentucky Fried Chicken recipe:
8 cups flour
1 cup salt
1/2 cup of MSG
3 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tbsp cumin
Mix well and store in a tight jar or sealed bag, the longer it is stored the better it is. Clean chicken, wash and dry. Dip chicken parts into beaten egg. Shake/mix in bag and deep fry @350-400F for 10 minutes, or until brown, use own discretion depending on the fryer. Use only oil. Enjoy! This recipe comes straight from the vault, there's more info on cooking times and chicken parts but you get the jest.

I remember mythbusters did something like this back in the early seasons, reminded me of their attempt, I remember it been a huge undertaking for them too, like team of 10 people filling balloon after balloon to get something lifted.

I remember watching that episode, it aired in 04. They blew up over 3,000 11 inch party balloons to try and get one of the crew member’s 4 year old kid to fly. 2 things, they tried calculating it down to poppage and the weight of the kid. And in a far away shot I saw some larger balloons in the bunch lol. Like we wouldn’t notice
