I’m using the iRestore red light device & it is helping!
If you have a hormone problem, most likely you have a high dht levels in you're hair follicles Now there are special shampoo that block dht in the hair follicles cause less hair to fall out. As well as you can combine minoxidil. That is a really good combo for hair loss.
What shampoo blocks dht
It's going to take longer than a month or 2 in to notice much difference yet.. I am hopeful because I believe in red light

I actually just finished a 3 month run of a different product (video coming soon) and I’m ready to go back to the Duolingo thinking of doing a 4 month video as that’s the timeframe they recommend to really start to see results.
