So her's my question is the Ranged Accuracy/-dp/+ap have any effect to awk skill like Regeneration or Nature's tremble?

i think he explains that on his BDO - Ranger Awakening Compendium - End Game PvE video. afaik every awak ranger skill counts as ranged skills

Yeah as the other guy already commented, awakening abilities are also "ranged damage" even if they seem melee in range.
