We’ve just come back and found Walmart ridiculously expensive! We found an Aldi after that though and much cheaper, so worth baring in mind if you have one close to where you’re staying x

P.s. Rosen inn at point Orlando is also good , we stay there each year for the first few days then go on short cruise , then travel a bit . The Rosen hotels are not the Ritz but they are cheap and extremely clean and well kept . Loads more eateries etc at that end and you get free transport to the parks as well as no resort fee and free parking , which is a must .
Wow that sounds amazing, I would love to go on a cruise! Exactly regarding the Rosen Inn. We literally used it as a base to sleep in. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed 😍
It’s now $30 to park 😮 this video is so helpful though, I go in June
hi sophie, helpful video even though i have been going to orlando for 30 years i am always learning. the revolut card sounds like a good idea to save exchange charges. hope you dont mind me pointing out that you mention ballpoint figure a few times, think you mean ballpark as ballpoint is a pen lol

Great vlog Sophie. I have watched many about budgeting, yours has come out on top, no nonsense down to earth facts.Though I will be going for the first time in 18 years and solo all tips are useful. Must admit I am dreading having to book park days I have been so used to in the past on a whim if I don't fancy that park go elsewhere. Bothers me that if you shouldn't feel well on a Disney day that you may not get another day to go. Schedules can be rearranged but might be difficult if you can't rearrange days. 386 days out to the Rose International again 😀 x
Thank you so much, Helen! 😊 That's so lovely to hear. Booking park days is quite frustrating. We've always planned our park days but in the past, we often changed up a couple of our days. It's annoying that you have to be strict and stick to them now but it is what it is and fingers crossed it changes in the near future! Eeek we love a countdown 😍💜

Loved your vlogs. We fly from Manchester Tuesday with Tui staying at movie resort we got our tickets through Tui 14 days for 7 and got $200 e gift card per room as well My daughter as planned out everything for the trip on a Disney planner even down to the rides everyone wants to go on

Thank you! Oooh have the best time when you go in October 😍 Are you doing any Halloween events when you go? I LOVE visiting around that time of year. The prices for meals I gave were a rough estimate but tips would be on top. I highly recommend checking the menus for the restaurants your interested in on the DW app ☺️
Not doing the halloween events unfortunately. We got kids so HHN would be a no and disney one is a bit pricey!

Nice video , I’ve been going for 30 years , don’t do the parks these dats , as there is so much more to see and do there too ! . We go again end of August and have been looking at Andys car hire at discount Florida , but as we’ve always used virgin , I was initially reluctant to change . I might go with Andy now , cos you are 3rd person who’s mentioned him . So would you recommend then .? Thanks for the great vlog
Thanks, Jacqueline! 😊There's so much to do in Orlando, I could definitely have some amazing holidays there without doing the parks. Not long now until you go, I hope you have a fantastic holiday 😍💜 Andy was great, and saved us a lot of money! Quite a few people had recommended him in some Orlando groups on FB earlier on in the year which is why we ended up booking through him :)

How was the service and the food in the hotel
The staff were lovely at the hotel but we didn’t actually eat there 🙈. We had so many other plans and places to eat that we never got round to it

Dont agree that Florida should be on Budget, either go there with Plenty of Cash or Holiday somewhere where you can affotd.
