Honestly I'm feel bad for Pyoro it was fun to see the leaks on the next new Nintendo games, but at the same time it's better this way because we will have unexpected surprises instead of already knowing everything, this makes it clear that Nintendo takes so badly when it comes to people like him
Fair point to why NSO seems better than VC. Counter point, you still have to pay a subscription just to play and you can't play them until you do. Where as, VC only requires you to make a one time purchase to play them. However, we should have both. Try them out on NSO, and then be able to buy them on the eshop.
I don’t mind Nintendo being secretive about stuff because people seem to think it’s okay to attack people and criticize things before it even officially comes out.
Scott the Woz just made a great video breaking down (in pretty great detail) why at this point NSO is better than Virtual Console.
But it's insulting that NSO doesn't have Super Smash Bros. It makes zero sense why such an important game is just missing

Replace "Super Smash Bros" with "Banjo Kazooie" and you can say the same thing in reverse. At this point, the differences on the two services' libraries really just comes down to personal preference.
Im actually glad these leakers are being handled, we tend to praise them but tbh, they kinda ruin the magic and surprise behind the actual reveals of new games and hardware
Nintendo won the console wars by not participating in it
Virtual Console and NSO are both great, but I think NSO is better because it's a collection of games, which, to me, is way better than paying for just a single game. Also, NSO helped expose me to games and series I probably wouldn't have tried without it.
Virtual console game could be played offline, once you download it, it stays yours. Though NSO, although you could play offline, you need to be online atleast every a week. What if one day in the future nintendo kills Switch's online function?

I think That was the Lesson the learned whit the GameCube since the gamecube was a more powerful console then the PS2 yet the ps2 sold more just cause it could be used as a DVD player even though the ps2 version of multi platform games only ran at 30 fps. And lesser resolution .
