well there is no other option when the fault goes to the place which controls everything i:e main processor. you need to throw in bin, but here is catch that is how you can save your set. have an idea from this video.

It can be repaired easily. Ribbon cable are easily available. Replace the transistor.
yes sir ribbons are easily available…but, gear mechanism is tough to get, and that is main prob of this set. there is no way to bypass the pulse generated by sensor to turn off the set.
@@rajuradios Hi sir , by pulse u mean some DC voltage or what ,can we remove sensor and supply the required Voltage so that the system thinks tape is Ok , and doesn't give error ?
no sir, actually it sense the rotation of wheel and as according to that sense it gives feed back to microcontroller and then the game begins and that sense is not in the form of voltage what we think.
@@rajuradios Good news , i found the TCM offline method key combination for my system GNZ88D /77D , i found it in service manual now the system works without shutting down , 👍,no need belt replacement , no mechanism replacement
It seems The TCM offline method is there even for older models, needs to be checked in service manual and the key are different for every models
@@premkumara8962 yes but in case of majority of people even tcm do not work because of rare use of buttons and they do not work when we need

unable to bypass yet… do anything we can not bypass this.
have to repair full mech.

simply unplug the cassette player jack and disconnect it from main board…it should fix.

basically try to change the belts of the mechanism of tape or try by removing its connection of tape.
power off can be other fault which i can say about after diagnosing the machine.

@@rajuradios exactly i just want use the aux. But its not working, it stuck on checking cassete and goes to eject and standby.
What should i do?
well try to change the belts of mechanism which is little tricky and you need mechanic to do this. try to change and check the working is okay. there is less chances you got problem in circuit its only mechanism fault and no way to bypass it….
@Raju Radios the problem is the tape b mechanism that the head dont move correctly and i dont have access to parts, i want to know is there any way to disable cassette test?
I have seen a video that show pressing 2 keys and turning on make tcm off and cassette fault will be bypassed
@@metavize8046 doing bypass is not any way. but, by pressing the buttons you can do it. the thing is your buttons may also be faulty thats why you are not coming out of this problem.. just do one thing replace the 3buttons you need in this process then try it.
