In Baumia's speech, he said he and Nana Addo solved "Dumsor" whilst they didn't build any hydroelectric dam and didn't bring in any power badges, so how is it possible to solve "Dumsor". Baumia lied to us because it was Mahama who brought in the power badges to minimize "Dumsor".
