As someone who's been in customer service for years what she did is WRONG if they were for online orders they should pull them 30 min to an hr ahead of time? Like not even open the store until the online orders are done?! If not there's gonna be ALOT of pissed off customers but SUPER CUTE HAUL!🌸💘💖🍨🍭

I’ve NEVER heard of a store that does something like that with their online orders. I don’t think it’s okay at all to expect their customers to show up to their store and know that certain items, although physically available, or actually not. What a weird way to run a store tbh. Lovely haul however 💕

I was like nooo 😭 i’m not sure how the sanrio stores system works for things like that to happen but i was able to find one online though so i hope you’re atleast able to find it online or something🥺💕

Monrovia is my favorite store as well... I find everything there, sometimes I purchase online for pick-up. I usually do two separate purchases, one for me and one for my 2 years old baby girl. So, they give me two pins of the month and I collect my stamps when I do the pick-up, so I always end up buying even more... 😝

8:40 you can add your own clip or key chain ring to the hole at the end of the zipper (which is probably why they included that hole anyway) and then you don't have to keep it in your bag as you can still use it as a charm or key chain. I love the Hello Kitty one. The teddy bear detail is so cute.

I have not, unfortunately but hopefully soon I will get another chance. They come from Japan and international shipping is very expensive and slow at the moment. Pink haul will up soon though!

I went in person to that Sanrio store and they also said a lot of items were sold out to their online customers and I had gone in the afternoon. The entire back half of the store had boxes all over their floors that were opened filled with inventory, I thought they were restocking but they weren’t 😓 I spent 150$ & didn’t get a bonus ticket
It looked the same when I went! So unfair that you didnt get a ticket though
You can save your receipts and when you go back to the store, ask for the bonus card and they should stamp them for you.
We use to have a bigger Sanrio in one of our bigger malls. But for some reason when they remodeled their store. It wasn’t as great as the old one so they closed down. We have one more in our smaller mall and I’m surprise it’s still there. I hated going there because there was an old lady that worked there who made shopping there a horrible experience and very uncomfortable. She would follow you around and literally takes whatever you’re holding from you and tells you what they are. I’m so afraid to go back because of her lol.

The cashier was very nice and tried to help me as much as she could but you could tell she was stressed even if it wasnt her fault at all. The store owner needs to get a bit more organized.

The Sanrio store I go to is the one in Arcadia; I’ve been told they separate stock for in store and online. I went in store about a week ago and they had a huge my Melody plush in the my mel section of the store however, I’m not sure if they still have it but you can call in to see, the staff there is very responsive.

Wow, taking items away from you because they are for online orders is so unprofessional :( I work in a store that does online orders (throughout the day), and if something is sold in our store, we can mark it as "sold" and the online order is allocated to another location to ship out. Telling a customer they 1) can't even look at an item literally on the shelf, and 2) saying it's sold and that the customer can't buy it is the most unprofessional thing. I'm glad you were still able to find a bunch of stuff you like, though. I love watching these kinds of videos.

Okay so, I love Sanrio a lot, but she’s just buying unnecessary stuff, I get it, it’s her money and she can use it but I’m just worried about the amount of plastic in the packaging and buying huge amounts of stuff you don’t NEED is extremely bad for the environment :( everything is cute don’t get me wrong but damn…
I think we should be concerned with how much waste and pollution multimillion dollar companies produce as opposed to a single consumer. Her purchases will never amount to the damage these corporations create. For all you know, she might very well be recycling what she can. Like you said, its her money.
What she buys and how much she buys doesn't affect you at all that small amount of plastic is nothing compared to big companies
