    The Chariot is one of the coolest things I have seen and if the bed was a little bigger you could make it into a camper. Too cool!

    Stopped at the Rusi dealer in Santo Domingo (Central Luzon) earlier this morning. Was looking for info online and found your video. Have to taken any video while underway? I live on a dirt road, so a variety (dirt to highways) would be lovely.
    Price for the Passenger version with canopy and seats is p117,000 here February 1, 2024.
    Nice job on the video. I appreciate your observations and time.

      @@aforeignerfarminginthephil3374 The Carusa has a backseat for passengers. It’s set up much nicer than the chariot’s cargo box. The front seat has foor bourd it looks more protected than the chariot.

    I bought a racal 150. The sides were higher and used to buy feeds and carry pigs. Loved driving it. Max was 80 km per hour. But rarely got there because of the roads. About the same price. Sadly have not been back for 5 years now.

      I think better than a multicab, because the motor and fixing is easier.

  • @rogergarnham3202
    @rogergarnham3202 Před 3 lety +3

    Racal and Motorstar, do a similar vehicle. Using only a 150cc engine tho.
    See more of the Rusies around tho.
    As i recall from long ago Brian, you said you had sensory balance ( middle ear problem maybe?) problems riding motor cycles.
    If you get the chance to go for a few kilometers on that chariot, perhaps won't happen on that?
    Defintely , could add to the wish list then.
    Speaking personally, I find riding a motor bike( have a Yamaha 125 YTX( looks like a big Bike, proper 8 litre fuel tank!)), is easier on my poor aching lower back( even sitting in a car seat for only an one hour drive, leaves me crippled for hours these days) !

    Hi Brian, this thing looks really nice over just a scooter. Even for day to day shopping, groceries, etc. you have a place to put them instead of cramming everything into a little box. Is the 400cc min. law enforced on the highways in Bohol? If it is, that's about the only negative I could see. Traveling city to city around Bohol restricted to local roads could be a nightmare.

    16.4 cc = 1 horsepower. So the 175 would be a 10 horsepower engine.

      @aforeignerfarminginthephil3374  Před 3 lety

      That is not a firm rule. Different engine's are set up and tuned differently. I can say from driving it it has way more 10 horsepower

    I supposed to like this, but not their 'disposable' engine. I will just swap it to a new Kawasaki Barako II engine mounted to it.
