The actual water unit is a bit confusing for me. How to set that up, what additional parts that i need to get it working

I don't have the Joolca shower unit, but my understanding is its attached with velcro internally, so can easily detach as needed.

How does it perform on a windy day- like at the beach?
I have not used it in those conditions so cant say for sure, but if securely staked down it should be ok in general beach wind.
