@@JimmelleCannon-us9njyeah he does but at the very first time of viewing I didn't even know that he truly meant it. I was 14 when I seen this at that time. Saw became and instant favorite after the first one for me.
Looking back at all of John’s traps, he was very literal in his rules.
I remember when I first saw this movie in the theaters and that door opened to reveal it was the bathroom from the first one. My jaw just dropped. The movies truly are a puzzle.

1.) Yes that is Mark Wahlberg's brother Donnie Wahlberg 2.) In my personal opinion the first two Saw movies are the best. After the second one I think the quality goes down, but yeah they still made alot of money though.

I actually really liked Saw 3, it was after part 3 that it went a little down. If I remember correctly, Saw 4 wasn't so bad either, I may be mistaken though.

I don't care what anyone says I like this franchise the plot twist, it's just different from all the other horror movies it is in a lane of it's own have you thinking as if Jigsaw was playing a game with you. At the end he did have a way out. It was essentially the whole movie. Just sit there and talk to him. Once he beat up John and he said Game over he had lost.

Y'all should check out Escape Room & the second one as well It might have you stressed out & biting your nails lol but it's pretty straight forward & definitely less twisted & digusting than the Saw Series.

@@SomethingCinema , By the way, that was her test and his game, she was the one who came up with the fact that Detective Mathews had to sit and talk to Jigsaw the entire time, if he just listened he'd win his test from her. However, he got impatient because of the fact that he is a corrupt cop and wants things done his way, not by the book. Because he wasn't patient, he lost the game.

Like I said in my comment under your first time watching the first Saw movie. I like this movie franchise but it's not one of my favorites because he puts innocent people into the games. Like put the cops son in the game he could have been killed at any time during that game in the house. Then how he put the doctor's wife and daughter into a game from the first movie. He could make a game specifically for the cop and the doctor and not involved the family members. Like in the first movie Easy you lock the doctor in the room and go if you don't kill that person you will never see your family again. Same effect but the wife and daughter are not put into any danger. I'm sure he could have came up with a game that just involved the cop without putting any family members in danger. So it's the fact he puts innocent people into a game that stops it from being one of my favorite movie franchises. I'm all for bad people getting what's coming to them but I kind of have to draw. The line at putting innocent people in to things like that just because they know somebody. I mean I maybe a monster so to speak for saying that but I'm not. A real monster because a real monster goes after innocent people. But I like the movies because of John or jigsaw his level of thinking is on the next level. He thinks and plans 10 steps ahead of everybody literally.
Now about what would drive someone to do this an about cancer not being an excuse. I'm not excusing what he does but this may be an explanation a scientific explanation. In real life scientists have discovered that depending on the severity and location of where the brain cancer is it can affect ones thinking. Meaning you can have a normal reasonable person that knows but difference right from wrong. But if they get brain cancer in that area of a brain they may start. To suddenly think differently an not know the different between right and wrong. Because for brain tumor is affecting the normal thinking process. Like this is scientific fact someone might suffers a traumatic brain injury may start to behave differently than they behave before. Same thing goes with brain tumors because it's technically a traumatic brain injury. Once again I'm not excusing his actions but there may be a scientific explanation to why he thinks he does. Basically the brain tumor is possibly stopping him from thinking properly and seeing the difference between right and wrong.
Now are the Saw movies one through eight connected yes well I say how no because spoilers. But I will say think of them as one big story with pieces of the story being revealed in every movie.

This movie franchise is also interesting because it's structure differently than others. Another movie franchises they are sequels you can watch without needing. Necessarily to watch the previous movies to understand what's happening. But with this movie franchise it's more of how to put it a book structure. Where there is eight movies each movie is a chapter in a book so to understand the 3rd chapter or movie you have to read or see the first two chapters or movies. Because small details of each chapter or movie are scattered throughout each movie. This movie has some genius writing behind them regardless of what people think of the movie.
We can’t wait to see what the next movies are about and how they tie into each other.
@@SomethingCinema Just be aware some people call that storytelling and whatever way. Things like stupid and lazy in order to connect them and things like that seriously people have criticized them and said things like that. But it's actually genius and refreshing and a new way of actually connecting them all. I mean to have say a fifth movie that may or may not be connected to the first or second movie in small details. That's new and hardly done even now because most sequels pretty much mainly focus on the movie that came before. But to have a fifth movie focus on the events of say a second movie thats just genius at least how I see it and look at it.

Sorry Drew, but Det. Matthews is the bad guy. As utter garbage, he got everything he deserved. Jigsaw was right in screwing with him, and punishing all the people in the house. In this movie, Jigsaw isn't really a villain, but rather an anti-hero. And Matthews beating him like that - even if he thought his son was in danger. And then the SWAT team letting him beat Jigsaw, standing in Kerri's way from stopping him... absolutely disgraceful. Prime example of bad cops. I don't care what Jigsaw had done, you do not violate his civil liberties. And again, Jigsaw wasn't bad guy in this one... IMO.
He was a bad guy. I think Drew said it at the end too.

Yes, the movie had three different titles 😂) were actually banned in a couple of countries outside the US for how violent they were. This just goes to show you that the traps are gonna get even more insane in later Saw movies. So, heads up (pun not intended)!

I disarm it and hit him again and kicks him to the ground and see saw characters trapped and rescue them finally and I face the villain from spiral from the book of saw and he put me in chokehold I use self defense techniques by headbutted him and uppercut and fighting him to stay alive and knock him unconscious and see Gordon wearing a pig mask wielding a hunting knife and he charges full speed I tripped him and pinned his hand with the knife leave him there and mark attacks me I end up hitting him with my fists and pick up a baseball bat with wood and hit him in the legs and he screams in pain and trying to put me in a saw trap my adrenaline kicking in I did a reverse turn and kick him in the needle trap and he screaming in agony and Amanda Young wearing Jigsaw clothing and a mask and attack me I held her in bear hug and she hits me nonstop and push her away and john kramer stabbed me in the back with a switchblade and I groan in pain and john tackled me to the ground attempt to kill me and I see the hunting knife and grabbed it puncture it in his throat with force he gurgling about to gag blood spray my face and he wobbly and stumbled and collapse and Amanda sees him dying and I found the syringe needle that I got drugged and abducted and she speaks in angry tone: you kill him!!!! (running full speed at me and I distract her by using the syringe needle across the throat she gurgling and blood pour from her mouth and I said saw movies will be the original) I end up surviving saw traps and got a scar on my cheek healing permanently and walking away from the abandoned warehouse and see police cars ambulance paramedics aid me for cuts injuries wounds I tell them it just a scratch and walk away and headed home screen goes black ending the movie 👀👀👀
