That looks like Pelorus Bridge? When i was a MoT Officer we did all wide load escorts, for which the Department charged a fee. Unlike civilian escorts, we had the authority to stop oncoming traffic such as when a house or building was being transported. Bob. LH.

Nope, New Zealand runs many different types of truck/trailer combinations, everything from rigids with full trailers, to tractor units with semi trailers, to tractor units with several variations of B-train configurations.
