Been watching these guys for years and I clicked on this video to watch a duck hunt and saw one person water swat a gadwall and the other 21 mins of the video is them cooking and running around a damn grocery store. Outrageous

In terms of healthy meats, Duck is very healthy! The top lean meats(protein mainly and next to no fat) are Fish, Chicken*Poultry*, then Beef and Pork being last.
