I love this version of Catwoman. Thick-skinned yet vulnerable and feminine. My only complaint is that the mask looks way too cheap compared to the catsuit lol.

I really like this line, not because of the pun, but what it signifies. It shows us that Selina, inspired by Batman (which is a major theme of this movie) has accepted the Cat moniker, and is now starting her journey to becoming the Catwoman we know.
Its kind of crazy that a lot of Batman's villains are kind of inspired by his very presence, whether for good or ill.

Zoe Kravitz portrayal just had more of a comic book appeal. Her look in the film was almost identical to Frank Miller’s year one Selina Kyle. She did a really nice job playing cat woman. IMO, definitely the best live action impersonation since Michelle Pfeiffer in Batman Returns. Excited to find out she’s reprising her role in the sequel. I’m here for it.

Im so happy she is already signed to the next film. I want her in the full Darwin Cook iconic Catwoman costume. His version of Selina was purrrfect and Zoe`s version very much is a younger version of her, she could play this role for the next decade and I hope she does.

Zoe did a fantastic job with this Catwoman, I really like this Catwoman. It’s a version of the character we’ve never before on the big screen so yeah this version of Catwoman is one of my favorites in cinema.

But I'd have to say that Anne Hathaway in tdkr is the better Catwoman. Because in The Batman the character in vulnerable, in her forming stages.
But in tdkr she's pretty much Catwoman. And Anne Hathaway played Catwoman really well. Even in a movie like tdkr. Nolan's movies tend to be chaotic, not slow moving, not stopping to focus too much on one character. And even then I think she was one of the highlights of tdkr.
If she had more screentime she would've definitely killed it.

she's got that classic glamour type thing about her and can really act too--this is one of the only comic book characters i find compelling and i am a fan of her version. obviously doesn't have the campy humor that makes pfeiffer's so compelling and fully fun, but she's doing exactly what they hired her for here. giving complex femme fatale feelings, rly excellent, like watching a classic film from the 40s.

Kravitz played this role to perfection. She was given great material, but used every trick in her acting playbook to really bring Selina Kyle to life. I can't wait to see her transform fully into Catwoman in the next film. I love that it feels so realistic. They didn't make Catwoman overpowered, but they also didn't make her a 'sexy lamp'.
The movie was wayyy too long, however Selina was a stand out, amongst a movie full of stand outs.

It's like Catwoman, Penguin and Riddler are not only inspired by Batman but are trying to use him on THEIR path to vengeance. "I thought you were vengeance." The way they do Selina Kyle in this is honestly incredible, I think some of the best of all the mediums, comics included. Ties her into the murder plot nicely and actually makes her romance with Batman feasible, they sell shes sexually attracted to a detective in a bat costume because he's the only one taking charge. They even subtly hint that she's killed somebody before, shes ready to do it, it's what separates them. This is how you adapt classic Batman

The chemistry between Robert and Zoe was perfect. The best Batman and Catwoman interactions on the big screen (no offense to Batman Returns; I love ya, but this was just better). It really felt like the pair came straight out of the comics. Just absolutely nailed their initial relationship so well and the scene were both drive separate ways… Heart breaking. I hope Zoe comes back or is at least mentioned in the sequel. She was perfect as Catwoman.

I know we'll never get it but I want a version of this movie thats all her perspective. This cat woman is too good to only have 10 minutes of solo screen time. Plus it would be interesting to see batman how the rest of Gotham sees batman. In all the batman content we meet him with the knowledge that he is Bruce Wayne, it'd be cool to see him from the perspective of someone who has no idea who he is other than the mysterious vigilante dressed as a bat
