Your videos are getting more and more interesting. I will contain myself and just say two things. First, your ideas somehow started to remind me of GM Roman Dzindzichashvili. Second, I really think that openings involving early Bg4 and Bxf3 the next move are not as innocuous as they appear for black, but probably very practical for bullet anyway. Enjoyed it to the end.

The counter to your Bishop to G4 is easy.... However I play my own editted variation of the Nimzo opening that is more improvised but usually gets me 1-2 pawns belonging to my opponent. I would then mirror my opening with and counter pawn to G3 -> Bishop to G2 .. then use my knight to push you away or wait for your B7 to become unprotected.. then double take your pawn at B7, Rook at A8 ... but to give your credit your counter opening move would just slow me down a little.

Pretty much every principle in Nimzo-Larsen as white are broken here.
    1. To give away the queen at move 3 here can only be caused by doing a plain up blunder here. Nimzo-Larsen players should know about the bishop's move. If a player makes this stupid move as white, you're more likely to win the game anyway.
    2. Principle broken: You do, as white, want to exchange the white bishop for the night, as the white bishop more often than not is a weaker piece in common Nimzo-Larsen setups. In the video, somehow, black "forced" the exchange for his/her light square bishop in a matter that turns the table regarding principles. Any informed Nomzo-Larsen-player would avoid the early swap.
    3. Principle broken: The G4 bishop can be kicked, but not chased. Use the wing pawn to kick, but do not open up the position further by chacing.
    4. Principle broken: If blacks plays something like a Kings Indian, the main idea is to make a two-tile move with the c-pawn, and develope the pony at C3.
    5. Principle broken: Connects to the 3rd point here, but anyway: White do usually want to develope pieces prior to pushing pawns unneccessary. The developement of the pony at C2 is crucial.
    6. Principle broken: Do also to some extend connects to #3 here, but white seemed very eager to castle king sided here. One of the benefits with Nimzo-Larsen as white is a flexibility when it comes to castling. If the position is open on the king's side, it is often not a good idea to castle this way, but to either castle queen side or to not castle at all.
    7. Principle forgotten: White's opening idea is to add pressure to the E5-field.
The video points out the importance of having a plan B. If you as playing black suspect a player doesn't know the theory to well, going for the King's Indian defence could be very effective her. Black opening up with a move like B6 could be as well as efficient than leting your bishop be kicked around, as it catches white in a more unknown terrain, and mess up the early idea for swapping the bishop for the pony.
