But I have problems with microfone. First of all I have done a coupple of videos with camera mic and volume was very law. Then I connected the wireless microfone, but I could not hear anything un my videos. In camera display now I see a red x on mic symbol (both if select wireless mic or camera mic). Coulisse you help me please?
Did you turn the mic on and did the procedure to link it to the camera? That may be the problem(that you are not actually connecting the 2 devices)
@@KeigoMoriyama yes, I did. In fact, on the camera I see the symbol 4 (mic connected), but the mc symbol is always crossed by a red x (also when I select "internal mic")
that is pretty weird. I don’t have the instructions with me now but did you check if that mark appears on it?
press and hold the volume down button, when held for a few seconds and that mutes the mic, hold button again to unmute
I received my camera last week and got no sound with the wireless mic, I attached a wired headset and found the mic was pivking up, but the camera was not receiving it.
I contacted Surfola and sent a video, they said the camera is faulty and are sending out a new one and I am keeping the original as well, great customer service

Questions; How good is the audio quality when using the remote mic and the camera is in its waterproof case, not underwater obviously, and what range does the remote mic have?
The case shouldn’t affect. Is like a case on the phone. The wireless connection isn’t affected. I think range is about 100m but didn’t trued

@@daveg1250 I now have a couple of these and I can confirm that, with the full/waterproof case, the range is about ten metres. However, with the alternative case, with slots, the range is increased to almost twenty metres!

2.7K looks better than 4k , as the 4k is not real it is upscaled

the wireless camera is amazing! good sound, but the video....
Sound I was really impressed by. Video needs to step down in resolution
