I hate hate that Gardening doesn't categorized as Ranching. I have a sim that was gardening all day but didn't take care of the horse. Even though my sims has been gardening all day, mind you I basically have a vineyard, he got the tense moodlet because he didn't do "Ranching" activity but cleaning a slightly dirty horse bed gave you a happy moodlet for doing ranching activity.
I'm convinced that the new grill is bugged. Like you can't put it out. Multiple of my sims died because of that grill 🤣
Also annoyed that horse riding doesn't count towards or help with fitness.
And at the same time Gardening can give you embarrassed moodlet from rancher trait if your plants are too low quality...
Make it make sense

I love how this is the 'what can go wrong thinking you can be a rancher' series...most people are doing these sweet ranches all rainbows and butterflies, but yours is more realistic! lol
If you are right by that abandoned shack at night, make sure your volume is up, you can hear ghostly sounds of the horse
Omg I was watching this I was just thinking maybe the lore is the fact that one of the townies I think the horse trainer was 'saved' by Roberto crinkletop. Maybe she was riding across the bridge and it collapsed and he was only safe to her with his vitality nectar.
I actually found a bottle of vitality nectar while harvesting prairie grass yesterday. I was surprised since it seems like it was suppose to be something rare that you're suppose to jump through some hoops to get.
The funny thing about vitality nectar is that if you have realm of magic, you can just visit one of the shops there until they sell a death flower. A tad tedious, sure, but much faster then most methods in the sims 4.

Roberto appears outside the store on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12pm to 3pm. For the cave you need a lot, a lot of things! You will need different nectars and more than one bottle, a sheep, a fire pit to open the chest and avoid the snake, a lot of pieces of red meat, you can buy in the store or order through the refrigerator. In general, you can enter the code testingcheats true and shift-click on the cave, all the necessary items will drop into the Sim's inventory. The cave can be traversed every 8 hours. Once the dazed state is gone from the Sim (lasts 8 hours) you can enter the cave again. When you cut prairie grass, then you may get horse ambrosia. Today I found one. I don't know if it's sold in the store.
My absolute favorite thing to do is watch your videos while playing sims or cc shopping! This is gonna be fun!
You are going to need both death flower and spinach for the nectar and both those grow during winter unless you get them under a roof.
Also, you can see how long it is until a horse reaches the next life stage on the relationship control panel.

This is an awesome episode. Not only because of the ghost horse mystery and the cave adventure, but Grim chilling out at the campfire while Shanice is fighting off that fire, I can't. Poor Don though. 😅

The grave is for the wild horses that this game will never have. Sure we can get stray cats and dogs wandering around brindleton bay, but apparently that coding knowledge to make it work in chestnut ridge for horses has left developers brains.
They have a horse ambrosia treat to bring back ghost horses you can find in the weeds when harvesting. I wonder if that horse comes across and you can bring it back!
this would be super cool but definitely not lmao, EA are far too lazy to create something like that.

Mini goats are like mini poodles. They come in all ages, so milking them is not wierd, they are not supposed to be baby goats, just miniature. These are supposed to be a breed of goat called a "fainting" goat. They are mini goats that when excited, frightened or startled, they seize up and fall over, but do not loose consciousness.
This was the most chaotic LP that I have ever watched. 😂😂😂😂 Loved it!

Doesn't Sienna have a sentiment about being saved/brought back to life? (I don't own the pack so I'm going off of what I remember from various videos I've watched). Could she have been the rider on the ghost horse? She was brought back to life but the horse wasn't kind of thing.

You are only the second person I've heard mention the ghost horse. The other was @IronSeagull (I'm pretty sure) and he put together some stories to try to figure out the lore behind this poor horse. He came up with an interesting guess, sounded quite possible.
You can add chantal chantal in the household and have a ghost assistant in charge of the garden.
Also you need an age up treat for the foal

I love ur vids about the milking and sheering things you actually don’t need cottage living . I only have the base game and the horse ranch expension pack and it lets me do those things and i get money from them so idk

So I just found out that if you reach level 5 nectar making you can ask the mysterious rancher for his family recipe (once you are friends). You can then ask him for the ingredients and he will give you a death flower.

in the game codes there were MANY mentions of unicorns and the cave!! There's a theory they were supposed to be in that cave thing but it was removed for some reason, could explain why they didn't speak about that cave online and in the trailer.
there lots of "easter eggs" related to "Back To The Future 3", the canyon with the same storyline, you can also discuss time travelling with your horse, and some more)
Seeing a dead horse on the other side of a broken bridge....oddly....takes me back to the death of Agro in Shadow of Colossus. =(

It's a miniature goat, so it's probably an adult, though bottle feeding it (and milking it without it ever getting pregnant) is weird indeed 😅

@@Lyscendree There are male goats for sure, "goat" or "domestic goat" is a whole species (Capra hircus), so there are both males and females. But if the male goats can be milked in the game then that's super weird XD
