I once shared a lift with Sinead. I was struck by how fabulously beautiful she was in the flesh with no make up, just on her way to the shops.

She is one of the bravest singers I've come across. I remember when she had hit a raw nerve with people and Kris Kristofferson was introducing her for a Madison Square show and the audience weren't happy. They were giving her boos and thumps down. She decided to perform without music back-up and just did a protest vocal on her own. Like her or not, you'd have to give her credit for standing up for her beliefs and basically telling the audience to go f*ck themselves! As she walked off the stage Kris Kristofferson gave her a big hug and consoled her as she was obviously a bit wounded by her reception. Kudos to Kristofferson for being a true gentleman and a man of principle.

She was the first to have spoken about the Catholic preachers doing things to children. The music industry and basically the whole world said she was crazy and shunned her and look at what has since then come to surface.
More Sinead!! She has an INCREDIBLE voice and is under-appreciated. Other songs of hers I highly recommend: Troy, Three Babies, Black Boys on Mopeds, Fire on Babylon, Last Day of Our Acquaintance, Daddy I’m Fine, the list goes on and on….. :) She. Is. AMAZING.

This poor soul has had some horrible demons. She recently spoke out about the physical and sexual abuse from her mother, who died in a car accident when Sinead was 19. She basically ruined her career by ripping up a picture of the Pope on the Saturday Night Live stage in protest of the sexual abuse seemingly being allowed in the church. She has said that it actually went much deeper than that - she wanted to tear her mother's picture of the Pope. She's an interesting and very talented person and it's sad that she's never really been able to get her mental health stable.

Thank to Prince for making this beautiful, heartbreaking song 💞 I rember she was at Opera-show ounce, and she told about her life, omg she struggeling alout, she had try suicide, she had big problem with her mother, she had a bipolar-diagnose….and when she sang that song she had have a brake-up, the tears was real, Ohh she had a really hard life, at that time. I have translate the song to my language, that was not so difficult. But I like to translate. She most singing to me! I have it that way for four years of my life now, and have cryed all the seven world-sea many times. But nothing comperes to him, who left me 💔😭😭😭

Her song, "Like the Way I Do" was the one that introduced her to the world and it rocks.
