Hello sir I'm from Bihar. mujhe 2 saal pahle acid reflux ke problem hai pahle normal antacid se thik ho jaati thi lekin ab medicine kaam bilkul nhi kr rhi.. maine endoscopy karwayi jismein (gastritis with hitus herniya) hai .. mujhe saare time bloating aati hai gale mein gas fass jaati hai .zor zor se dakar hota hai ..indigestion hoti hai.. sir kya mai surgery kra skti hu... Hi, Doctor I am suffering from heitus hernia since 2011 till now m takin Rabreprazole, abhi tak mera hernia small hi h mene last week endoscopy karaya h. But long time se medicine lete lete mujhe or problem hone lagi h jaise bone weakness Vitamins ki kami, ab mujhe kya karna chahiye operation k liye ready rehna chahiye ya abhi medicine hi continue karni chahiye, mujhe daily medicine ki jaroorat padti h. Sir mjhe acidity to kam hoti hai, but burping and belching bahot jaya hai lagbhag thousands of times in a day, usse mera throat pura tight ho jata hai aur swallowing mai difficulty hoti hai. Iske saath shortness of breath bhi rehti hai. Please reply sir

Medicine is there to control symptoms. Hernia can be repaired only by surgery as it is a mechanical problem, but small hiatus hernia without symptoms usually does not need to be repaired.
