Burmese pancakes မြန်မာ့ရိုးရာ လွယ်ကူရိုးရှင်း ဘိန်းမုန့်

This Bane Mont is one of the most popular street foods in Myanmar. Since I live outside of my country, I have to find the way to make this at home. I got this recipe from my sister Moe Moe. Thank you so much sis.
Here is one portion recipe to make:
Pancake mix-- 1 cup
Milk--2/3 cup
Melted jaggary-- 2 tbsps
Egg--1 egg
Salt--1/4 tsp
Oil or butter-- 1 tbsp
For topping:
Some crashed roasted peanuts and cashews
Roasted poppy seeds
Sliced coconut

Looks yummy, Thank you for the detail presentation, i tried with pancake mix last time, its get more smooth texture than burmese version but my one is no detail recipie so taste is not always be the same😅 I will definitely try with your recipie later.
