- Transepithelial phototherapeutic keratectomy (PTK) is performed in three cases with irregular astigmatism from previous truncated flap creation with ablation where transepithelial PTK based on Artemis very high-frequency digital ultrasound epithelial thickness measurements were found to be superior to topography-guided ablation simulations.

Congrats for the wonderful video!
great video.
Fascinating. How did the patient do in terms of symptoms?
Hi Layne. Unfortunately we can't comment further on specific outcomes, as this is confidential patient information. However, if you have any more general questions, feel free to contact us on 020 7224 1005 or via our website.
Whilst fascinating from a scientific point of view, I guess viewers would like to know most, whether the patient still complained about symptoms after this treatment. Given the patient underwent treatments before with no improvement, if the PTK didn't alleviate the problem either, that would be rather disappointing
Seems that this could fix millions of issues. It's been years, what happened?
What outcomes the patient came with? The refractive errors , best corrected and HOAs?!
