Nice home, although some of the funishing / furniture is a bit dated and out of context with a 'modern' interior. Flooring plan can be better utilised as well. Not sure about the 3.5 valuation. Still very nice home with comfortable features and natural lighting. That garden area is the real gem.
Honestly, looks nice from the outside but the interior is just a disappointment. There's no cohesion.
For £3.5m I want the windows cleaned first 🤣 and the mirror in the principal suite.
Mmm, this is the thing with large, fancy windows and vaulted ceilings, etc they are tricky to clean. I've been in properties with glass roofs, they quickly become filthy and hard to reach for cleaning.
@@James-BB70 the first thing I think of when I see vast expanses of windows is "hmm, keeping them clean will be a huge blooming chore".
Nice house, I think if someone bought it the space could be better utilised by reconfiguring the floor plan.
Seems a tad too expensive for what it currently is though.

Oxford is expensive and you're paying for all that land the house sits on.
Been on the market nearly a year..you can get quite a lot more for that price in the surrounding area. Lovely house though 👍
This is lovely! I would totally live here. My grandchildren would love to sit at that table having their dinner looking over the pool. I'd have liked to have seen more of the other areas as well. Also, noticed in the past couple of videos just how pretty Jas is. I much prefer her more discreet dress sense to Summer's as well.
This house has so much potential but some areas look so old fashioned.
For 3.5 million price tag first impressions are critical so I was surprised at the hardscrabble entryway.
Needs updating a lot of it is tasteless for that money you could get a lot better

This one is unfortunately overpriced for where it is . Also state of the interior does not help to price it this high.
Oxford will be pioneering the extremely draconian 15 minute city concept. A decision made without public approval or consent. Wonder how that will affect property prices ?

@@ActuallyJamesS that is actually incorrect. We had the choice to vote yes, no, or no with comment. The majority voted no with comment… all of the comments were quite colorful and in no way indicated approval. However NONE of the no with comment votes were counted at all. The overwhelming majority voted against it entirely.
Nice house in the ground floor and pool was lovely. The rest was a bit mah.
The owners are incorrect about the swimming pool floor. When I was a London nanny 35 years ago I took “my” toddler to a birthday party in a huge London house that had the adjustable pool floor. It was brilliant for the toddlers who splashed around in about 18 inches of water, before the floor being lowered for older kids and adults!
Beautiful modern house with furniture that doesn't match at all. The wooden traditional dining table looks totally of the way.
With all the tiles around hope there is under floor heating else these cold days would transform the house into a cold room very good for keeping you fresh like a vegetable
Honestly was so excited to watch this what might have been one of the best houses to see on the channel. exterior design was unique but the interior seemed too cheap wasn’t expecting it at all, furniture and design so outdated. My Airbnb business would be booming with this one though haha

What a stunning property! I spent a couple of months living in Oxford back in 2019 too, it's a gorgeous city!
The property is quite unattractive both inside and out. And the layout is quite complex with a warren of small rooms on different levels. The pool looks like a maintenance nightmare. There are numerous different styles inside. And those brown carpets just look grim. The whole place needs a makeover.
Really lovely property with good flow. Not massive but a good balance. Only question what makes it worth 3.5 m? It's overpriced by a million....

Guys. No offence, but the work tops you keep referring to in lots of your tours aren't marble. It looks like it, but they're actually quartz/man made material. Loads better them marble and a hell of a lot stronger

gorgeous house and extension. if theyre going to show it to real buyers with 3.5mil in their pockets id suggest cleaning all the skylights.. spotted a few mucky one :)

Another great house and you guys do a fantastic job showing them. I know it’s down to the owners granting access but noticing lately there are areas of the properties and grounds that you’re not showing so it feels like we’re left with parts we haven’t seen. Would be great if they were truly all access.

For once i’m actually very disappointed with the interior of a property. Looks incredible from the front but it definitely flatters to deceive.
I'm not keen on the layout don't get me wrong it's beautiful but it's just a be weird I'm not feeling it

These properties are not self-sustainable are they. I wonder sometimes about planning permissions. Why so many architects and property developers are allowed to design and build without self-sustainability.

Don't like the kitchen, or the dining/pool set up. The house needs to be refigured. The skylights were already gathering debris (probably bird poop in the mix), which is a nightmare to keep pristine. Like all the grounds though.

I think this house should have been staged. Would have maybe helped the appearance? Seems a bit dated.

Im sorry, I dont like this house at all, it does not flow, looks disjointed and who wants to stand in the kitchen, looking into an indoor pool? Furniture etc, is awful looking.
Those indoor swimming pools are so STUPID! Go for a jog instead, and then sit in a hot bath~from a former member of her school's swimteam. yes I love a good swim workout---but not in my HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
