Could you tell me how to play against scaling champs like Veigar or Aurelion Sol?

well optimal play would be to snowball against them. So just go electrocute/ignite ahri and when you are level 6 try to kill them. usually, all you have to do is to land 1 full Q at level 6, and right after that with ignite ahri, you have killpressure, which means if you land charm and you use ur entire combo + ignite it usually ends up in being a kill for you. At the end of the day, scaling champs will outscale you, so it's very important to beat them 1v1 from start, to make sure they fall behind and become very weak/useless
