-the "demons" at the beginning (1:30 to 2:00) are actually angels, the reason the angels look evil is because every year the angels attack hell and "cleanse" it because hell is overpopulated

I dont think he'll be a "villain" in the traditional way. We've already seen him getting in between Vaggie and Charlie multiple times. The most notable being sending a flame into the air to distract Charlie so he could push Vaggie away. At some point a bigger villain has to appear(Vox, or literally any overlord). Alastor clearly sees the hotel as a joke, since he changed the name to what he really saw it as. I don't see that changing, and I don't beleive he will feel threatened if his beliefs are proven wrong. He knows that *he* cannot be redeemed, truly.

In my head cannon, the whole disney princess thing is an act that Charlie is trying to make real. When I pay attention there are several small visual details that make me think that she might be much, much, MUCH more powerful/evil than we've seen so far. She just doesn't want to be like that.
