Life in Iran | Hafez, Saadi and Ferdowsi

As some of you may already know, Wolat and I were supposed to travel to Iran together to make a report. Unfortunately, given the situation in the country at the time, this proved to be too risky. In the end, I traveled to Iran alone in the first two weeks of October 2022, during the protests and riots, to create a travelogue about daily life in Mashhad and Shiraz.
I did my best to provide an honest portrayal of my experiences and avoid any biased representation. This means that some situations may have been different for others, but this is my story. I also want to emphasize that I had to film everything with my phone because carrying a film camera would have been impossible.
Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy the video and can learn something from it. Happy watching!
