But I noticed everyone around me got rid of theirs as soon as the warranty ran out. Can you share your experience with the build quality in your car? Because knowing the kind of people who buy cars like the WRX and ST, they're not exactly the most responsible, and more of than not confidence exceed competence. Have you had to have things covered under warranty which weren't issued on a recall? I'd really like to know because in the next year I will be buying a car at the 27K price range that offers great practicality and usability, without compromising sportiness. And since Mazda doesn't make a Speed3 anymore, it's between the ST and WRX for me.
I love the Focus st really fun car to drive I have the tangrine scream version, I recently put a delta styling wing riser, with wing extension, k&n filter smoked out the tail lights, LED head lights, black 18s Strada 5 spoke wheels, and body spoiler kit all around with more upgrades to come, gonna do a big turbo upgrade, inner cooler with Cobb programmer and prob MBRP exhaust, I bought it with lowering springs already with an exhaust but not sure what kind it is, I’m guessing a lower grade exhaust no signing of brand on it I recently boought a rear motor Mount I need to put on lol I’ll shut up now great video

Intercooler, charge pipe, gtx2867 turbo upgrade and retune then you'll be walking over STI's all day. Probably should switch to a Stratified aux fuel system too
I really like the look of the ST; thinking about one as a commuter car, but they hold their value. Would like a used one for under $17K in at least ST2 trim and nothing unless it has a lot of scratches and dents; people are slobs with their cars.
yeah the traction from a dig with that wheel hop is a bummer. my next set of tires will be way more sticky than these summer tires, witch are still great tires.
EN It is not just the tires. I'm running 245/35/R18 Nitto INVOs on my 2014 stage 1 ST and still get wheel hop. I launch the car at 2500rpm. The suspension set up is not ideal for digs.
Mahmood Al-issa maybe go with 15s and a 50 sidewall, the tires need to flex a little bit for maximum traction. Look at drag cars, they use the same strategy but cornering will take a hit.

You aren't at low 300whp on a stock turbo. Sorry buddy. E30 tune will get you 299/300whp. I was stage 3, freektuned and was at 281whp. Was top 5 highest whp STs on the focus st.org. Don't go telling people low 300whp. Prove it with a Dyno.

No the ecoboost mustang is a 2.3L. The ST is a 2.0. He will only hit 300whp with a bigger turbo. A stock K03 will NOT male 300whp on the 2.0L ecoboost motor. Go ahead and check the focust.org forums. They have the highest whp numbers on the stock turbo. None hit 300whp

Joe Rodriguez Dude, I've seen dyno's from guys here in Rochester with a stock ST tuned for E85 pull stupid numbers for a stock vehicle. If you ever get a chance to run a car on E85 and get a proper tune for it, do it. It's stupid nuts. You can get so much more preload too if you have a BoV with variable spring pressure. Dear fucking god. E85 and a tune are so great.

Very nice looking ST. I just picked up a 2016 RR ST myself. Love the car. Planning on doing the basics, catback, dp, intake, and retune. that's it since its my daily. Got two other boosted projects that have a bit more power but 252hp/270tq stock is a nice place to start!Btw, I love the factory F1 tires...here in TX its all Ill need :)Keep up the vids, lets see a shot from a dig and going through the gears! I am still deciding on which exhaust notes I like the best.
