Zion.T has been sharing his experiences, emotions, and situations in his music. In "Yanghwa BRDG", he talked about the love of family based on his true story. In "Just", he talked about the pain of parting with a loved one or being in a one-sided relationship. Now, in his new title "Eat", he delivers the messages that could randomly pop up when someone is in love and is contemplating about the feeling.
"Eat" is a song that could ease and console those who are looking for comfort, because they are having a hard day. Zion.T expressed his hopes for people to find happiness in the small things, like having chocolate or apples in the morning, and get the strength to carry on throughout the day.

Zion.Tは、音楽で自分の経験、感情、状況などを表現してきた。 「洋画大橋」では自伝的な物語に基づいて家族への愛を、「ただ（Just）」では、愛する人との別れや片思いへの諦めを語るように歌った。「取り出して食べてね」は、恋に落ちた人が相手を考えていてある瞬間突然伝えたいメッセージを盛り込んだ。
タイトル曲「取り出して食べてね」は、大変な時や寂しくて誰かが必要な時に慰めとなる曲。Zion.Tはチョコレートや朝のリンゴのように日常の中でわずかな幸せを感じることができれば、そして一日を生きていく元気を得てほしいと言う。
자이언티는 음악을 통해 자신의 경험, 감정, 상황 등을 표현해왔다. '양화대교'에서는 자전적인 이야기를 바탕으로 가족에 대한 사랑을, '그냥 (Just)'은 사랑하는 사람과의 이별 혹은 짝사랑에 대한 체념을 말하듯이 이야기했다. '꺼내 먹어요'에서는 사랑에 빠진 한 사람이 상대를 생각하다 어느 한 순간 갑자기 전하고 싶은 메시지를 담았다.

This music video is really cute. It's like he's in all these weird places and then you realize it's because her phone is in the weird places. This is not what this song it's about...This song it's about those moments when you feel everything is too much, you forget to eat because you are working or because you feel bad or because you are sad. when i first got into university i had to stay alone away from home in the city and i got nobody. I would go to school at 7am to 3pm and then to work from 4pm to 11 pm. I was so busy and tired and never made time for myself. I felt lonely and couldn't sleep at night. Everyday the same old walking in the streets full of people, eating at the table all by yourself, watching tv alone , and my feeling of loneliness were piling up i even thoyght of cutting myself and other things. And at the end of the day when i get to bed i would listen to ziont, colde, offonoff, ohhyuk, dean and iu. Especially code kunst's rainbird, ziont's no makeup, ohhyuk's home is far away, jonghyun's lonely and offonoff''s 12:04 am, iu's through the night.I had a playlist for my insomnia. it helped a lot. Lookin back at that time these artists really helped me sleep and eases my pain. im no good with words but i just wanted to say thank u to to these artists. They helped many people to get through their days.

To answer about how shades became his signature..I'm not exactly sure but he has mentioned before how he doesn't like his eyes and through using the glasses as a cover a few times, I guess it stuck with him and became a part of who he is/his image as an artist.

I work in a very stressfull office environment so his words really hit me deep. For me it's a whole different level of tired - soul-sucking tired - than when I was studying for exams. All the people I talk to are always trying to one-up me in the I'm-so-tired dept. Only Zion T. tells me what I need to hear. 🙏
