Llangollen is one of my fave places in North Wales! Definitely recommend, there's a heritage railway you can go on which Remy might like (even just watching it pull out of the station from the bridge above is pretty thrilling if you don't want to do the full return trip, especially if they're using a steam train that day), the River Dee runs right through the town, you can walk down to it and have a paddle coz it's definitely hot enough atm!! Not sure what vegan food is like there but it's a lovely place 😌
