INGREDIENTS
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tsp Kinder's The Blend
1 tsp Montreal chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
2 Tbsp cooking oil
1/2 cup long-grain rice
1/2 small to medium onion
2 cloves garlic
8 oz tomato sauce
8 oz chicken broth
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Easy Dinner Recipes for chicken
FYI- If you don't have broth, take your chicken cuttings, onion cuttings (especially the skins, root, etc), veggie scraps (I keep a ziploc in my fridge to toss my potato skins, carrot skins/roots, onion scraps, zucchini, squash, and garlic scrapes into a pot of water with other seasoning broth. If I have chicken bones/liver/gizzard/hearts/neck, steak/rib/roast bones, and excess fat, I make chicken or beef stock because you can freeze it for future recipes. I try to not waste anything when I cook, and homemade broth/stock is so delicious!!

I like the small batch cooking
I use your 2nd recipe you made on arroz con pollo (Minus the onions and garlic cloves) on a regular rotation for dinner. My husband gets so excited when I make it. It's definitely a favorite. Sometimes I chop the meat up after everything is cooked and other times I just leave it on the bone when I don't feel like doing that extra step.

Very close to my Puerto Rican version. I use sazón con culantro y achiot, and a few other seasonings. But I bet that tastes amazing.

Love, love, love this series. There are a lot of one or two persons households. It's really difficult to find recipes that are paired down in size. It is very boring to make one recipe ment for a while family and have to eat same leftovers every night for a week...

Thank you for these, I'll be sure to give this a try though to be honest I'll be using thighs. Having less leftovers has it's good and bad points, I might have to start repackaging bulk packages differently but that is easy enough. I'm usually just cooking for me an my roommate, usually repackage those family packs to vac bags of 6 thighs, 2 each for dinner and 2 more for someone for leftovers. I usually end up with a day or two of just leftovers for dinner, I'd be fine w/o the leftovers and make something else quick and fresh.

Can you make a video about how to make a huge event (50 people) pot of Spanish rice and beans? I tried making a large pot once and I couldn't follow my regular size pot recipe. Some turned out soggy, some crunchy. It was a disaster!
