I really like this home. It's been very well maintained but needs to be updated. The wallpaper and carpet are very taste specific. The dark wood especially the doors dates the residence. The back sunroom is very nice and airey.
Both the front and back gardens have shrubbery to provide privacy. The house has good-sized rooms, and the extra w/c is a plus. A bit of redecorating would bring the place up to date. This one should sell promptly.
