You are doing wonderful…I am a mom of 2 kids under 4 and working full time (but from home since Covid) but it’s STILL SO TOUGH. 😅 but as parents we always pull thru MashAllah…and once u and Saad are settled in US and inshAllah earning more you can hire house help which eases a lot of stress.
It's a v small thing but I love how ibbi has a kitchen toy❤️ this is how a baby boy's parenting should be done✔️

My son is 30+ and he still likes cerelac and and Milko LU biscuits, he brings his Milko Lu from Pakistan , when he goes on vacation, and cerelac is available in Bahrain and KSA where he is working 😅😅😅😊
