It worked for me. But I changed the "Use an existing port" LPT1 to USB, after plugging in the printer. Thanks.

how aBOUT no available port if i click the manual installation? please help
If you cannot see the following port: USB001, 002, 003 in the port selection window, it means your computer is not detecting printer properly. To fix this non-detecting issue, follow the following steps:

I know this post was 3 yrs ago.. actually mine don't show any paper size if i try to scan any document 🤷🏼♂️
To view the custom sized paper scanning option, follow the following steps:
1) Star scanning utility (Epson Scan)
2) Then look at the top-right drop-down menu and select "Professional Mode". As like this screenshot: i.imgur.com/ByTOq3g.jpg
3) After that you will see one more window with more options. Now click on "+" sign icon. From there you can set the size as a custom size option. Please see this screenshot for more detail: i.imgur.com/OybSHRL.jpg

If the scanner driver and software is not installed then download and install this scanner driver: download3.ebz.epson.net/dsc/f/03/00/11/33/69/ace4320035ad6ea7317ec463f377945e2940aede/L220_WW_WIN_4014_41_S.exe
@@SetPrinter thanks again, actually i can use the scanner, but there is no tab to change the paper size, when i try to scan A4 size, it just scan a small part of it 🤷🏼♂️
