I don't make knives and I watch your tutorials . Your vary gracious to share your knowledge and talent . I love knives so it's cool to see how a blank becomes a pattern . I have VZ grips on one of my 1911's . I bet you could make cool gun griops too !

Thanks for posting this. I have had some G10 laying around for months to put on my ESEE 5 and just have not had the time to fool with it. Yesterday I went out and tried my hand at the Anzo pattern. It looks ok but really put into perspective of the talent you have to produce the end products you do. I will be making another blank to redo one side. These videos are priceless for those of us who just want to DIY. Thanks again.

I never really got a good idea of what the contouring of the reptilian pattern is really like. It must be really damn cool in person. Heck, I want to try this sometime. Someday I'll have some sort of workshop set up....
    Thanks so much!

Great vids, (soft chant in background 'rock pattern, rock patten) well done can't wait to see other patterns
Maybe the dimple a la War Toads n Tanics ??

  • @theariesexperiment4642

I think it would be killer if you could create like ribs pushing against fabric or a face. I know you've seen that medium in photography. I know it would need to be a bigger knife scale probably. But nevertheless it would be sinister looking. I'd be interested to see how well you could pull of a demonic looking face,...right in the middle of a piece of white G10. I know I'd buy it.

Keep your demel away from grinding dust, (because you use a flexshaft you can)
I've had to take apart mine and clean it because too much dust got in. Not fun.

How on earth do you mill out the scales for liners on Spyderco enduras and delicas? I'd love to try to make some for mine because I love the knife but don't care for the frn scales that they come with. tuffthumbz
