It is important honestly. I can't even progress that much but when I go to other city that I have zero ping I do things that I couldn't even practice to do and I'm seeing I'm getting better but then I get back to 30ms and I punish so bad to do some mechanics that I'm not even gonna try to make it better
Thanks for adressing the Asia server thing. I just lost it everytime a Japanese on 0 ping thinks i'm bad while i'm at 100 😅

Playing on higher than 40 is a disadvantage and makes every aspect of fortnite harder
Playing over 25 is really noticeable compared to 0
im on 40 ping on west were I live and get 80-120 ping on central

I get 20 ping in creative on east but when I play tourneys I get 75-80 ping and it’s really hard to play. I was consider myself a really good player when I play on low ping but when I play in comp, I’m dead weight. It’s impossible to fight on 80 ping, you can’t get any walls and can’t go for any 50/50s unless you have a higher rarity shotgun.
i mean 0 ping might no make you a pro but it will give you a massive boost to your 'skill' as it will make you so so so much harder to kill if you take every wall and hold every wall

it's 50/50 to take a wall if your under 90 ping since you have to open blueprints to build
@obliviator1 this is genuinely a fake statistic that people seem to belive, if your opponent have lower ping then you, especially if its single digit ping they will hold/take the wall a solid 9/10 times if you have any low ping freinds or If you are low ping yourself test it with someone as when I tested this (I'm 25-30ping so I'm not above the "90-150 threshold " I was taking my 0-5 ping freinds wall 1/10 attempts (I'm also not on controller so I don't have that input delay either), ping is one of the best advantages someone can have

im 60-80 ping on nac servers with unstable internet. i still have 5.4k global pr and 200 earned. ive placed top 100 in actual events 3 times & 10ish top 200s. ive accomplished all of that while not being able to fight. every fight im forced to take im getting shot through walls and blanking and yet ive still managed to take down pros in game like skqttles, avviv, bucke and mrlust. 0 ping would 100% make me a pro

I play endgames around 60 ping 30 fps. I play on pc btw and I feel like if I had 0 ping with decent fps 144 at least I will probably go pro really easy beacause with my stats right now. it is easy form me to qual 3th round fncs

@@VegasBlzerdno he actually might. Qualing for round 3 on 60 ping 30 fps means he’s 100% being bottle necked by his specs. People be on 120fps and 20 ping and can’t qual for round 2.
I got 0 ping but my internet is terrible and I’m on console I would much rather have 30 ping but be on a 2000 dollar pc and have stable internet
If your not good without the ping then you don’t deserve it
If zero ping wasn't that much of an advantage, pros wouldn't be moving across the country to get it.

They’re at the tip top of their profession, any advantage, no matter how marginal is important. For your average Joe it wont matter whether they’re on 20 or 0.

nah but i been playing on a pc that gives me 90 fps and constantly stutters to 10-20 fps in fights especially when i get cracked or when someone jumps in my box and i can tell u its actually unplayable im on like 20 ping in game and 60hz but those stutters just make it unplayable so those shitty pc players probably have a point by hertz/fps is holding them back
