These simple and delicious chicken wings are brined overnight in pickle juice and cooked hot and fast using a kettle cone and Heat Beads on the Weber kettle.
@fourmonkeysbbq I used your method of placing the chicken in the pickle jar. They are in the fridge now and I will be air frying them in tomorrow. Awesome video, thanks!
Wings were a hit! Not as crispy as i thought they would turn out after a 50 min cook but i did have 16 of em cooking so probs should of let em go a bit longer next time.
Looking really good!!! I'll have a brine remaining soo from my homemade pickles. Will give it a try! BTW, I usually pat them dry, and then simply throw into a bowl, splash olive oil on top and just swirl around. Much easier than spraying.

Hey mate. You could do either. Both would work. I can't remember if I did or didn't but I'd lean more towards flipping.

My kettle Kone arrived yesterday and giving the wings a crack tonight!
