This method is helpful for me and i recommend for all 👇
1. You rock! = you are great!
2.calm before the storm = a quiet period before chaos
3. Under the weather= to feel sick
4. When it rains, it pours= bad things happen at the same time
5. Rain or shine= to do sth in any weather
6. Every cloud has a silver lining= sth good in every bad situation
7. Go with the flow= go along with whatever happens
8. Down to earth= practical, human, relatable
9. Tip of the iceberg= small part of sth bigger, usually negative

Thank you a lot. You really create very suitable context to make the matters clear. I got a big source of phrasal verbs and idioms. I have collected three volumes of idioms of about three thousands but mostly they supply just meanings. Your teaching is far better than those volumes.
Há muitos Phrasal verbs and expressions que nós não aprendemos nos cursos de inglês. Palavras que são usadas entre os nativos, tanto nos Estados Unidos, como em outros países que falam inglês. ( There are many Phrasal verbs and expressions that we do not learn in many english course. Words that are being used among natives from U.S.A and others countries of english language. Eu gostei muito e vou indicar esse canal para mais pessoas que querem aprender mais palavras e expressões em oinglês. ( Ive liked so much and I am going to indicate it to my friends and more people who want to learn more words and expressions in english.
