Leah is so cute! I love that she's excited about picking vegetables and fruits. Not sugar stuff like most lil ones. These girls have been taught good eating habits.

Esthetician here! Psoriasoothe by Moonvalley! Locally made out in Deming (outside of bellingham). I love it sooo much and it dont stank! Since its kind of a salve texture, apply before youre gunna take a hair washing shower! Sulfates and preservatives in shampoos and conditioner that isnt rinsed out can further inflame - esp once the temps go up for the season. When we sweat the slightest, it can just irritate tha whole shebang! Anyway - i know ya didnt ask but just in case!

Judy what has helped me tremendously is oiling my scalp every few days! It relieves the psoriasis since it’s non curable I use the Miele oil on Amazon. Shampoos never worked for me and I’ve tried a hundred types! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

aww having psoriasis sucks ! i got diagnosed with scalp psoriasis when i was in college during the pandemic and lets just say the last 2-3 years was the worst time ever bc it spread from my scalp to the rest of my body. i totally relate judy when you said you about being self conscious about the flakes and also about hating going to the doctors bc i'm the same way too. i had my first dermatology appointment and long story short nothing worked :( not until i found a different dermatology and whatever they prescribed me with, that first dose did a much better job than my previous treatments and i can officially say i am 90% cleared with my psoriasis patches from all over my body within less than a year in my treatment plan. stress does play a big factor to psoriasis! definitely take some self care time and really find a good dermatologist who will truly listen to you and help you with your psoriasis. you got this, judy !!! :)

My psoriasis is in the same place and it flared up right now too!! I wore a black cardigan last weekend 😳 the flakes were sooo bad I was embarrassed lol I’ll have to search my Walmart for that stuff 💜

Yes my dad had psosious and thought he was deathly ill doctor's gave him some medication to clear and after that he managed to keep it cleared up for most of his life time..Loved how Leah helped dady shop and was very good at it fir such a young age...😂
judy, i have the same problem as you. and i use wella sp clear scalp shampeeling. dont get the one that says clear scalp shampoo. the shampeeling is better. works wonder with me. u just shampoo and leave it one for 5mins and then rinse. doesnt smell at all, i have been using it for ~10yrs now. everytime the psoriasis comes back, i just use it for few weeks and it clears it up
