Киев не был окружен врушка. По договору Путин отвел войска от Киева и Харькова в обмен на мирный договор, но страны запада и марионетка Зеленский его обманули. Поэтому Украина как государство перестанет существовать. Это видно по большим потерям украинцев по всей длине фронта. В день гибнет 500 украинских военных.
